"My goal is to work on a mission-driven early-stage venture with like-minded people. The mission of COMPASS aligns perfectly with my belief in innovative outcome-based healthcare delivery models, in a therapeutic area with significant unmet medical need. I'm excited to be part of the COMPASS journey to provide new innovations in mental health disorders, such as treatment-resistant depression. "
