Product Manager (Digital Health) London/New York The Product Manager will be responsible for working with the team to develop software applications for patients and therapists.

Reports to: Digital Mental Health Product Manager

Roles and responsibilities

  • Understand and identify patient, therapist, and clinician needs and gather product requirements to develop new products
  • Manage product roadmap – balancing the needs of patients, therapists, and internal stakeholders
  • Plan and prioritise product feature backlog and development for the product
  • Work with product designers to support the development of patient-centric products
  • Create documentation to communicate progress across the organisation
  • Use data and customer insights to make product decisions
  • Integrate necessary privacy and regulatory processes in the product roadmap
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across the organisation
  • Get involved in all aspects of the product development cycle: creative design, development analysis, documentation and testing

Key attributes/skills/education

  • Experience working as a product manager in an healthcare organisation
  • Experience working cross-functionally with software engineers, machine learning scientists, academics, data scientists, designers, and legal
  • Experience in patient-centred design and innovating based on user needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate internally and with external stakeholders and selecting vendors
  • Creative thinker with a vision
  • Strong analytical, project management, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently and in cross-functional teams under uncertainty in an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented environment
  • Strong alignment with core company mission and values
  • Ability to work in the UK or US
