Therapist Training Programme Coordinator, Europe London The Therapist Training Programme Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Therapy Research and Training team in implementing a successful therapist training programme for the COMPASS Pathways clinical development programme for psilocybin therapy in Europe.

Reports to: The therapist training programme coordinator will report to the associate manager of therapy research and training. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining a deep and dynamic understanding of the Therapy Research and Training (TRT) team’s operations, projects, and goals, as well as how the TRT team works collaboratively with the other functions in the company and works towards the company’s mission and vision
  • Executing and organising all day-to-day processes across the therapist training programme including therapist recruitment and all stages of the training and mentoring programmes
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong and reliable relationships with an engaged team of therapists across European trial sites
  • Organising logistics for educational and training events, attending events (virtual or in person) and working closely with the training programme lead, therapist trainers/mentors, and others to provide logistical support
  • Contributing to the development and execution of the COMPASS Pathways therapy research and training team’s communication strategy between the COMPASS team and therapists at trial sites in Europe
  • Ensuring therapists’ compliance with training procedures and processes, including measuring engagement and managing collection and storage of documentation to regulatory standards
  • Contribute to completing data collection in relation to therapist training and research
  • Assisting with industry landscape research

Profile

  • Motivation to improve mental health and wellbeing of patients through evidence-based clinical trials
  • Experience in clinical research and knowledge of GCP preferred
  • Excellent implementation and logistical skills with experience in large multi-location project coordination, with a commitment to collaboration
  • Desire to take initiative and ability to work independently and in virtual teams
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and continually changing environment
  • Excellent project management, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and analytical problem solver with an eye for detail
  • Approaches work with an open and balanced attitude, with a willingness to learn from colleagues and collaborators

  • Flexible and adaptable with a willingness and ability to travel globally when needed
  • Degree in business administration, communications and/or psychology are an advantage
