This month we hear from Ozlem Redjep, our Senior Clinical Project Coordinator at Compass …

I work in mental health care because … there are still so many people suffering in silence. I would like to help facilitate access to potentially life-changing therapies, and to break the stigma associated with talking about mental health

The part of my job I most enjoy is … forming close relationships with site staff (doctors, nurses, study coordinators, and therapists) and supporting them to ensure as many patients as possible have the opportunity to participate in our clinical trials

My dream one day is to … start a rock/indie band and perform in moody venues and at festivals

An unusual fact about me is … I am quite good at speaking in a variety of accents that are different to my own. My favourite accent is South African, you’ll hear it when you least expect it!
