Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a mental illness resulting from trauma–events that are very stressful or frightening. Symptoms include nightmares, flashbacks, difficulty sleeping and concentrating, and feelings of isolation, irritability, and guilt.1
Six out of every 100 US adults will experience PTSD at some point in their lives, and women are more likely to develop PTSD than men.2
About our PTSD study
We have conducted a phase 2 clinical trial of investigational COMP360 psilocybin treatment in people who live with PTSD as a result of trauma experienced as adults.
