Anne Benedict

Chief People Officer

Anne is responsible for ensuring that Compass attracts, retains and develops the talent and culture it needs in order to achieve its mission. She has over 25 years of global experience in human resources, talent and organisational development. Her experience includes ten years of HR consulting at Mercer, organisational development roles at Disney-ABC, nine years of talent management and people responsibilities in marketing services at Interpublic Group, and three years leading People at Infor, a global enterprise software company with 17,000 employees in over 60 countries. Anne’s career spans the globe, with working experience in Canada, France, UK and the US.

Anne graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Psychology from McGill University and holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo. She grew up in Canada and is bilingual in French and English.

Anne is a co-founder of the McGill MGEN network in Europe, and has served as vice chairperson of a non-profit organisation focused on career preparation for youth in New York called Futures and Options.   Anne has worked as an Adjunct Professor of Talent Development at NYU’s Wagner School of Public Policy.
