Lori Englebert

Lori brings extensive industry and commercial launch experience to Compass. She joined the company from Axsome Therapeutics, where she spent nearly five years as a member of the executive team, serving as EVP of commercial and business development and head of product strategy. She played an integral role in bringing the company from clinical-stage to commercial-stage and was responsible for all commercial activities including formulating launch strategy for multiple late-stage assets, scaling the commercial organisation to over 450 employees, and ensuring launch excellence for the company’s first commercial launch. Over her career, Lori has launched multiple CNS-focused assets, at Axsome as well as at Amgen, where she spent over a decade in various roles of increasing responsibility.  Along with her US commercial launch experience, Lori also brings significant ex-US commercial experience, including prior roles in Japan and Europe.
