The purpose of this unsolicited information policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Compass’s products, product enhancements, services, service enhancements, clinical trials, strategies, content, etc might seem similar to unsolicited submissions provided to Compass. For the avoidance of doubt, and with the informed consent provided by this warning, any unsolicited content submitted to Compass may be deemed to be non-confidential and not proprietary, and it is understood that Compass is free to use and redistribute such information on an unrestricted basis without any compensation to the sender.
