Join us
We’re looking for talented, driven, and collaborative people to join our team.
Our culture
At Compass, we take pride in our culture, where everyone feels welcome, heard, and valued.
We want to be a leader in building a work environment that reduces stigma around mental illness and fosters wellbeing. We take a holistic view of wellbeing support that includes mental and physical health support for all employees at Compass.
In 2023 we signed the StigmaFree pledge organised by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). NAMI is the US’s largest grassroots mental health organisation dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness.
Diversity, equity and inclusion
We want you to be yourself at Compass. We aim to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in everything we do, from our recruitment approach, pay and benefits, to career development and flexible working.
As a member of the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (ENEI), the UK’s leading employer network covering all aspects of equality and inclusion in the workplace, we receive best practice guidance in each of the countries in which we operate. We want to build a company that is as diverse as the patients we aim to help.

In 2023, we formed our Diversity Council, a cross-functional group of team members empowered to embed diversity, equity and inclusion across our business. The Council advanced many diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in 2023, including:
- Celebrating awareness events such as Black History Month, Hispanic Heritage Month and Pride Month
- Refreshing our global diversity, equity and inclusion policy as part of the Code of Ethics update. The policy covers topics like our practices and policies on recruiting talent, compensation, developing, and training employees. This policy seeks to support a diverse workforce and ensure that our team members are treated equitably
- Applying a diversity, equity and inclusion perspective to Compass’s brand, ensuring that it is accessible to those with visual impairments
